Open the window or balcony door at your own risk. Please pay attention to the level differences, the curtains, and insects. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety when they go out onto the balcony or terrace.

You can request an adapter suitable for international use or for converting the socket at the hotel reception.

**Bed Linen**
If you would like your bed linen to be changed daily, please inform the reception by 9:00 AM.

**Billiards**
The billiards table located in the ground-floor game room is available free of charge. It can only be used under adult supervision for guests under 12 years of age.

Our guests can use the shoe cleaning machine available at the hotel reception free of charge. Upon request, we can also provide a shoe care cloth at the reception.

**Foosball**

**Luggage Storage**
We offer free luggage storage for our guests upon request after check-out. For information, please contact the reception.

Please request a wake-up call via the room phone to the reception.

**Safe Keeping of Valuables**
Some of our hotel rooms are equipped with in-room safes. At our reception, you can use the central safe, and individual safes are available in limited quantities at no charge. The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables left in the hotel room.
