The Balaton Room is 160 m² and seats 120 theatre style, the Panoráma meeting room takes 12. Both can be booked from May to November, with or without accommodation, and Csopak beach is about 50 metres away. We'll send the offer within 24 hours.
Two rooms, for 12 to 120 people
Room hire is charged per half day or full day. Both rooms can be booked from May to November for conferences and groups, with or without accommodation.

The Balaton Room seats 80 classroom style, with flipcharts and a sound system. For smaller group discussions there's the Panoráma meeting room for 12.
If the day runs later, we include the extended room hire in the offer and charge for it accordingly.
Half or full board, with coffee breaks
For groups, arranged in advance, we provide half or full board, with coffee breaks if you need them. Breakfast is a buffet, from 7:30 to 10:00. A booking counts as a group from 10 rooms.
We put the menu together to suit your needs. Using your own catering partner can be arranged in exceptional cases.

Spiced fried fish fillets at the hot counter.
Tomato penne
Penne with tomato sauce and olives.
Chicken with rice
Chicken baked with tomato and cheese, with steamed rice on the side.
Vegetables
Steamed vegetables and roasted peppers, courgette and carrots.

Grated carrot, sweetcorn, fresh lettuce.

Sliced cheeses with apple, olives and cranberries.
Team building with TeamLab
TeamLab's services are also available at Hotel Csopak, so you don't have to deal with the logistics of the activities. You can choose from the most popular team-building modules.
Outdoors, indoors and with a glass in hand
Outdoors
SUP with Supcsopak, table tennis, giant chess, street workout, tennis, a football match, a walk along the shore of Lake Balaton, a picnic on the beach.
Indoors
Film screenings, DJ and dancing, billiards, table football.
Food and drink
A winery visit or pálinka tasting, arranged in advance. The hotel's wine partners are Homola, Gyukli, Pátzay and Bujdosó.

How many people can you host?
The Balaton Room takes 80 classroom style and 120 theatre style. The Panoráma meeting room takes 12, boardroom style.
When can the rooms be booked?
From May to November, for conferences and groups, with or without accommodation. In 2027, after 5 September and in October, the hotel only takes groups.
Do you provide food for the group?
Yes. Arranged in advance, we provide half or full board and coffee breaks, and we put the menu together to suit your needs.
Can we bring our own catering partner?
We usually use the hotel's catering, but in exceptional cases we can discuss it.
How long does it take to get an offer?

How do you get here by car?
Leave the M7 motorway at the Balatonvilágos junction, or from Veszprém take Route 73. The hotel has two private, enclosed car parks, free of charge.
