Questions about the rooms
Which room should we choose with children?
The Family Room in the Main Building: two separate rooms, two balconies, for 4 people. The Premium Wing accepts guests aged 14 and over. Baby cots are free while stocks last, so request one in advance.
What's the difference between the Main Building and the Premium Wing?
The Premium Wing accepts guests aged 14 and over, each of its rooms has its own theme, and only there do the rooms have a capsule coffee machine. The Main Building has rooms for two and four people, and you can come here with young children too.
Which rooms have a view of Lake Balaton?
The east-facing rooms of the Main Building look towards Almádi Bay, the west-facing ones towards the Tihany Peninsula. The south side of the Premium Wing faces the pool and Lake Balaton, the west side faces Tihany. How much of the lake you can see depends on the floor and the tree canopy, so we don't promise a panorama for any specific room.
When does the hotel open in 2027?
On Friday, 14 May. In May we're open at weekends, and every day from 28 May to 5 September. After 5 September and in October we host groups.
What are the cancellation terms?
If you book on our website, you can cancel free of charge up to the 4th day before arrival. If you book through an intermediary site, a cancellation fee is already due 7 days before arrival, and the full amount for a no-show.
