General Provisions
2.1. These “General Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter: Accommodation) govern the conditions for utilizing services at the Accommodation.
2.2. The applicable Terms and Conditions at the Accommodation govern the legal relationship at all times.
2.3. The Accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, with new conditions published on the website.

Utilizing Services, Booking, Contract
3.1. Services at the Accommodation can be requested in writing or through online platforms.
3.2. Written confirmation of the booking is necessary for the contract to be formed.
3.3. The Accommodation is entitled to cancel the booking if the deposit is not paid by the specified deadline.

Prices and Payment Conditions
4.1. The current prices and promotions are displayed on the Accommodation’s website.
4.2. The total amount of the booking must be paid in advance; any on-site services must be settled upon departure.

Cancellation Conditions
5.1. Bookings can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• 6-2 days before arrival: 50% of the total price must be paid.
• 2 days before arrival or later: the full price is payable.

Arrival and Check-in
6.1. Hotel rooms can be occupied from 14:00, and the deadline for vacating the rooms is 10:00.
6.2. Late check-out and early check-in are available for an additional fee.

Accommodation’s Liability
7.1. The Accommodation makes every effort to ensure that the quality of services meets guests’ expectations.

Guest Obligations
8.1. Guests are required to protect the Accommodation’s property and adhere to its rules.
8.2. Guests may not cause damage on the Accommodation’s premises and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Complaints and Feedback
9.1. Guests can address any issues at the Accommodation’s reception, which is available 24/7.

Data Management Provisions
10.1. The Accommodation treats guests’ personal data confidentially and does not disclose it to third parties without the guest’s consent.

Cancellation Conditions
11.1. If a booking is cancelled, the following rules apply:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• 2 days before arrival or later: the full price is payable.

Arrival and Check-in
12.1. Hotel rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and they must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
12.2. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

Accommodation’s Liability
13.1. The Accommodation makes every effort to ensure that the quality of services meets guests’ expectations.
13.2. The Accommodation is not liable for events caused by external factors, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure situations.

Guest Obligations
14.1. Guests are required to respect the Accommodation’s house rules and the integrity of the rooms and property.
14.2. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or others accompanying them on the Accommodation’s premises.

Complaint Handling
15.1. Guests can submit any complaints at the Accommodation’s reception, where the issue will be investigated as quickly as possible.

Data Management and Protection
16.1. The Accommodation treats guests’ personal data confidentially and uses it only for the purpose of fulfilling the booking. Guests’ data is only transferred to third parties with the affected individual’s consent or as required by law.

Other Provisions
17.1. Hungarian law governs all other matters related to the services provided by the Accommodation.
17.2. The Accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions and publish them on its website.
