On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 14:30. If you arrive earlier, we'll store your luggage at reception free of charge.

On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:30. Late check-out until 17:00 is possible if the room is free: HUF 3,000 per hour. After 17:00 the full room-night rate applies. Please ask at reception in advance.

On the day of departure the key card stops working at 10:30. Hand it in at reception when you check out. If it is lost, we charge a HUF 5,000 fee.

A porter will take your luggage to your room around the clock (0–24). Just call reception.

After check-out we store your luggage free of charge. Just let reception know.

You can request a wake-up call from reception on the room phone.

Reception will call a taxi for you.

We have an event hall and a meeting room. Details on the Events page, or ask reception.

On the ground floor of the Main Building. Open: 7:30–10:00, with a buffet breakfast included in every room booking. We don't offer dinner or half board, except for groups by prior arrangement.

Soft drinks, spirits, cocktails, tea and speciality coffees, plus wines from local wineries. Open: 7:30–22:00. You can also check the drinks menu in advance.

You can pay in cash, by bank card, or ask us to charge it to your room bill.

Opened items and items without an intact seal will be charged. We restock daily, and you can ask reception for an extra restock.

Open: 10:00–20:00. On the day of arrival you can use it from 14:30, and on the day of departure until 10:30. Please don't bring glass bottles, glasses or food, don't use the white room towels at the pool, and don't reserve sun loungers you're not using.

The sun loungers are free. You can get a coloured beach towel free of charge at reception; if it is lost, we charge HUF 3,000.

Use at your own risk. Children under 12 only with parental supervision.

You can rent bikes at reception: full day HUF 4,000, half day HUF 2,800 (2026 price).

You can rent Nordic walking poles and tennis rackets at reception for a fee.

Billiards and table football on the ground floor. Children under 12 only with adult supervision.

Every day between 8:00 and 16:00. If you don't want to be disturbed, hang out the “Do not disturb” sign.

You can request a daily change at reception until 9:00 in the morning.

We change towels every three days. You can also ask for a daily change, at HUF 1,000 per towel.

Adjustable in each room. Please change only the temperature, not the program. In summer we recommend 24–25 °C.

Every room has an LCD TV with Hungarian and foreign-language channels.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. You'll find the network name and password in your room.

Rooms in the Premium Wing have a safe in the wardrobe. There is also a free central safe at reception. We accept no liability for valuables left in the room.

In the Main Building it's on the bathroom wall, in the Premium Wing it's in the wardrobe.

Ironing in the room is not allowed. Please ask at reception.

If you need it, let reception know. We don't accept heavily soiled clothing.

We'll put them in your room free of charge if you ask at reception.

We can charge restaurant and bar purchases to your room bill. For this we need your room number, name and signature.

This is a non-smoking hotel. If we find that someone has smoked in the room or on the balcony, we charge a fee of HUF 20,000. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area.

In case of fire, call reception immediately and follow the evacuation instructions. Do not use the lift in case of fire.

A CCTV system operates on the hotel premises. We do not release recordings to third parties.

Two private, enclosed car parks, free for guests. They are not guarded, everyone uses them at their own risk, and the Hungarian traffic rules apply here too.

Children under 10 may only use it with parental supervision.

Open them at your own risk. Watch out for the drop and for insects. Parents are responsible for their children's safety.

We don't accept pets.

We keep items left in rooms for one month. Just ask at reception.

You can ask for an adapter at reception. Mains voltage: 230 V, 50 Hz.

There's a free shoe-shine machine at reception.

If you have a technical or IT problem, let reception know right away.

In case of intentional damage, we charge the value of the damage. We accept no liability for items left unattended.

In shared areas, please dress appropriately for the setting and avoid being loud. Parents are responsible for their children.
